FUNDesk Agents

Outreach you set up once, in your own words.

Tell FUNDesk who to email, what about, and when. It writes one email per lead from that lead's file, runs a test first, and keeps going until the merchant answers.

How it works

Say it, check the plan, read the test run.

  1. 01

    Say it in your words

One sentence. If it can't tell which stage you mean, it asks one question.

    New agent

    Your words

Every Tuesday at a random time, email all my Open Approvals a nudge to take the approval, and stop once a lead replies.

    Plan it
  2. 02

    Check the plan

Every setting shows the words it came from. Change any of them.

    The plan
    Who gets it
    Open Approvals. 143 leads.
    When
Every Tuesday, a random minute, 9 to 5.
    When to stop
A reply, or the lead leaves the stage.

From your words: “all my Open Approvals”

  3. 03

    Read the test run

Five drafts to read, nothing sent. Promote it when they sound right.

Two kinds of agent

On a schedule, or on each lead's own clock.

Scheduled
Every Tuesday, every weekday morning, or once. The whole stage, each run.
Sequence
Each lead on its own cadence from the day it enters the stage. Email or text.
One stage per agent
Your deals, or as an admin, everyone's or one rep's.
Stops on its own
A reply, leaving the stage, or six touches.

Every lead runs its own clock from the day it enters the stage.

The writing

One email per lead, from that lead's file.

The business, where it sits, what's missing. Every email is its own.
A goal in every message
Take the approval, send the statements, finish the application.

Marcus, the Meridian approval is still open

You're approved at $35,500 and the contract is in your inbox. Want me to walk the numbers before you sign?

To dale@acmetrucking.com

Dale, two trucks and one signature

The approval covers both trucks you mentioned on the call. One signature and it funds this week.

To priya@metrodental.co

Priya, the offer on Metro is ready

Same terms we went over on Tuesday. If the timing is off, tell me and I'll hold it.

Before it sends

Same guards as every other email FUNDesk sends.

Held. The agent moves on to the next lead.
A daily limit
200 a day per workspace, about a minute apart. Raise it up to 1,000.
Your permissions

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Is this the old drips and blasts?
Underneath, yes. Drip programs and stage blasts are the engines, and they've carried FUNDesk outreach for months. An agent is the thing you name on top: it holds the audience, the schedule, the runs, and the numbers. The Campaigns page now opens Agents, and every program and campaign you already had shows up there as one.
Does it send without me?
Only if you say so. Review is the default, so a run waits for you to read it. The first run is always a test that sends nothing.
What does a run cost?
Each run shows what it spent, and the agent's Analytics tab shows cost per email, so you can see what a reply costs you.
Can my reps use it?
Yes, on their own deals. An admin can point an agent at the whole workspace or at one rep's book.
Can it text?
Sequence agents can, by SMS, one lead at a time on its cadence. Scheduled agents send email only.
What if a lead moves stage or replies mid-run?
It's held. Leaving the stage and replying both stop the agent for that lead, and the hold shows up with its reason in the run.

Set one up in your first week.

Bring your book, pick a stage, say what you want. The first run is a test, so there's nothing to break.
