What Shipped Since July
Last updated: September 2026
The last batch of posts went up in July. Since then I've shipped more than I've written about, so here's the list, with a link where there's a full post.
- Agents. Outreach you set up in one sentence, with a test run first and one email per lead written from that lead's file. The Campaigns page now opens Agents. Read the post.
- Import CRM, rebuilt. Background batches that checkpoint, resume, and roll back. Sized for a million-row book.
- FUNDesk Meet. The merchant call inside FUNDesk, with a transcript and a recap that lists decisions, commitments, stips, objections, and a coaching read on the rep. Read the post.
- Agent Chat at 177 actions, 85 of them behind a confirmation card. It knows the page you're on and the rows you ticked. Read the post.
- Rep advances and clawback recovery in payroll, and deal info that stays in sync with payroll in both directions. Read the post.
- The underwriting report checks the paper's integrity before it grades, and the report page is redesigned around that band. Read the post.
- The security model, written down: row level security, encryption, what the AI can and can't see. Read the post.
- Outlook connects natively, next to Gmail.
- An owner can export the lead book to CSV from the pipeline, behind its own permission key.
- A funder scorecard the chat can pull: submissions, approvals, and declines by reason.
- Application links go out in bulk from the chat, one tracked link per lead, pre-filled with what's already on file.
- The website concierge learned the migration path properly and got the voice you're reading now.
